“Mind Your Tea” and Slow Down for Better Health

Nourish your mind and body, embrace mindful eating. We are going to teach you to slow down, engage your senses, and enjoy a warm beverage with a mindful approach. Our Bon Appétit Registered Nutritionist, Jasmine Chen, will be in the café this Thursday, January 17th to help you get in touch with your internal hunger/fullness signals. As well as create your own tea blend.
By taking a moment to pause and engage you will be practicing a mindfulness approach to drinking and eating. Slow down, relax, it is good for you!
