Celebrating the culinary legacy and birthday of Anthony Bourdain.

To commemorate the birthday of their friend, chef/writer Anthony Bourdain, celebrity chefs Eric Ripert and José Andrés announced June 25th shall be Bourdain Day. With a Bourdain-esque call to celebrate “by cheering to Tony anywhere you want, with anyone you want”, the chefs seek to bring together the community of those who followed the explorer and enthusiast’s extensive travels and innate curiosity about the world’s cuisines and culture.
Chef Paul and the Sony, Bon Appetit team will pay tribute with chef Anthony inspired specials in today’s lunch menu.
