Come and discover the roots of barbecue!
Barbecue is the most American of foods and we will be showcasing the Carolina technique! Come to the Sony Quad this Friday, August 1 and taste slow and low, pulled and chopped pork – from the regional styles of the Carolinas. We will also be featuring a table which will celebrate the four original regional barbecue styles; Carolina, Memphis, Texas, and Kansas City!
